Getting started: Pricing

Spotify offers flexible advertising options, so there’s something for you no matter the size of your budget. Advertisers can get started with as little as $250 through our self-serve advertising platform, Ad Studio. Spotify also offers script-writing tips and free tools to help you create audio ads from scratch.

For larger budgets, we offer custom programs and solutions tailored for your advertising goals. Pricing will vary based on a number of factors — your country, target audience, the ad formats you’re using, the length of your campaign, and demand from other advertisers at that time.

Pricing models also vary depending on how you prefer to buy from Spotify, whether that’s through Ad Studio, programmatic, or working directly with an ads specialist.

Pricing on Ad Studio

Starting at just $250 per ad set, Ad Studio is the easiest way to run audio and video ads on Spotify. Ads are priced on a “cost per ad served” basis, and will vary based on demand and selected targeting. Prices shown in the platform when you book your campaign are the prices you pay, and you’ll only be charged for impressions that deliver.

Pricing on programmatic

Advertisers working with DSPs can access Spotify inventory through Private Marketplaces (PMPs) or Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) buys. PMPs rely on an auction-based model allowing for dynamic bidding with a set floor price. PG campaigns are set at a fixed-rate, which you can determine with your Spotify representative in advance of a campaign launch.
