We’re excited to announce that Spotify’s full Ad Studio platform is now available to use for advertisers in Brazil—joining the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Nordics, Austria, and Singapore markets.
While this won’t change anything about your Ad Studio experience, we hope you’ll see this launch as further confirmation of Spotify’s continued investment and belief in our self-serve advertising tools. It also means that you’ll be able to target your campaigns to Brazilian audiences.
Digital audio in Brazil: The opportunity
Brazil is poised for streaming audio success, creating a huge opportunity for advertisers—particularly those looking to reach a young, mobile audience. In fact, around three quarters of internet users in Brazil (126M people) are digital audio listeners, and this is projected to increase to 80% by 2026.1 Younger audiences make up the majority—88% of Gen Z internet users (ages 16-24) and 85% of millennial internet users (ages 25-34) in Brazil stream digital audio.2
So, if you promote your brand or business in Brazil and young adults make up a significant chunk of your target audience, streaming audio isn’t a nice-to-have—it’s a necessity for your marketing mix.
