Why Spotify display ads

- In the Spotify Player, ads are served 2 seconds after the listener enters the Now Playing View (NPV), when they are streaming music content and the app is in view. The creative will appear in a 1x1 container where the album art was previously. The ad will persist until the listener dismisses the ad, leaves the NPV, skips to another song, or exits the app.
- The second placement is the Browse (or Search) screen, where listeners are actively exploring content.
